Mama Moves Pilates with Charlotte is designed for a postpartum mother with a pre-crawling baby. Bring your baby (although not required) to this open level class while you reclaim your pre-pregnancy energy and shape through postnatal Pilates. This class will focus on rehabilitating the postpartum body with a core-strengthening workout.
Meet other moms and bond with your baby while you bring the heart rate up to help shed the “baby weight”. Expect a whole body workout that will focus on strengthening and rehabilitating the core, healing the pelvic floor, relieving common new-Mom aches and pains, releasing stress, and losing weight.
